AI SECURITY SUMMIT NORDICS / PRIVACY
What this keynote records.
OpenLatch publishes the keynote “Prompt, Tool, Execute: Anatomy of an Agentic Attack” for the attendees of AI Security Summit Nordics. To open it, you enter your work email. This page explains what happens to that email and to your visit.
Your work email
- We infer your company’s name and domain from the address. We do not verify that the address is yours.
- The OpenLatch team receives a notification in its internal Slack with your email, your company, and an approximate location and network that Cloudflare infers from your connection.
- Your email is attached to your visit in our analytics tool (PostHog, hosted in the EU), so the team can see which screens you viewed. PostHog also receives your IP address and infers an approximate location from it.
Your visit
- The screens you view, whether you download the slides as a PDF, and the time spent.
- When you leave, a short summary is posted to the same internal Slack channel.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track, no analytics data is recorded. Access stays open and the Slack notifications are still sent.
Cookies and storage
- ol_briefing is a signed, HTTP-only cookie that keeps your access for 30 days. It holds your email and your company’s name and domain. No database stores it.
- PostHog keeps an analytics identifier in a first-party cookie and in local storage. Your display preferences (readout panel) are kept in local storage.
Retention and your rights
Slack messages and PostHog data are kept only as long as needed to follow up on this keynote. To access, correct or erase your data, write to contact@openlatch.ai.
